Water

  • Upper Mississippi River

With its’ headwaters a couple hundred miles North of our home base; the Upper Mississippi River offers fresh water and a healthy ecosystem for smallmouth, pike, and musky to thrive. Boasting a true Northwoods experience, you will quickly realize this is not where it got coined the “Big Muddy”. Up here the Mississippi is a few hundred feet wide with shallow clear water and a hard rocky bottom similar to a Western Freestone River. We use a 16ft G3 Jet Boat to safely navigate the river and fish efficiently. This river is a big fish factory regardless of species and its seasonal changes offer some very exciting fly fishing opportunities.

  • Small Water

The Mississippi has many tributaries that all host good populations of smallmouth. With a 2 person raft at our disposal, these are a great option for 1 angler trips when the conditions are right. All of these rivers are scenic little gems that offer an intimate setting with each one different from that next. Our 2 man FlyCraft rafts allows us to access these waters and fish them them very methodically. Whether you’re an avid angler looking for an adventure or a beginner angler wanting to dial in their casting; these close quarters fisheries offer something for everyone! *1 angler max on small water trips*
